Welcome to TTN Shop, the ecommerce marketplace for members of The Torah Network (TTN) to buy and sell products. By accessing and using TTN Shop, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Seller Membership and Free Trial:
To become a seller on TTN Shop, you must be a member of The Torah Network (TTN) and provide your TTN email address during the registration process. After the Free Trial, sellers are required to have a paying membership on TTN to list products for sale, and these subscriptions can be conveniently purchased through TTN Shop.
As part of our commitment to ensuring the smooth functioning of TTN Shop, all sellers must maintain an up-to-date membership with TTN, including paying the membership fees. If a seller's membership fees are not current, their shop will be temporarily disabled until the membership is renewed.
We strongly encourage all sellers to keep their memberships active to prevent any disruptions in their shop's operation. Rest assured that disabled shops will be reinstated as soon as the seller's outstanding membership fees are paid. TTN Shop reserves the right to implement this action to maintain fairness and ensure a high-quality shopping experience for all our users.
2. Buyer Account Creation:
Buyers do not have to be members of TTN, but they must create an account on TTN Shop to make purchases.
3. Transaction Fees:
Sellers are responsible for paying transaction fees. For more information on fees, please refer to the Fees & Taxes page.
4. Fund Hold and Order Completion:
Funds from sales will be held until the order has been completed and at least 25 days have passed since the time of purchase. The duration of the hold may be reviewed on an individual basis based on internal criteria.
5. Product Listings and Administrators' Rights:
TTN Shop administrators may screen product listings and have the right to remove any listings that are deemed inappropriate for the marketplace or make adjustments where necessary.
6. Legality of Products:
Sellers can list and sell items that are legal in their respective regions/territories. However, they must ensure that the products are also legal in the region/territory they are exporting to before sending the package.
7. Duties, Taxes, and Shipping:
Sellers are responsible for collecting any applicable duties and taxes and handling the shipping of the goods they sell.
8. Suspicious Content:
TTN reserves the right to provide suspicious content, along with associated metadata, to relevant civil authorities for investigation purposes.
9. Material Posting and Representations:
a. By posting material on TTN, you warrant and represent that you have the right to post the material and possess all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
b. The posted material must not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.
c. The material must not contain defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or unlawful content or invade privacy.
d. The material must not be used for illegal business, promotion of illegal activities, or commercial activities prohibited in your respective country or territory.
10. License for Digital Material:
By posting material on TTN, you grant TTN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use and reproduce the digital material in any form or media for marketing purposes.
11. Right to Monetize:
We reserve the right to monetize all material on the platform, and advertisements may appear on videos and within written content not produced by TTN.
12. Content Liability:
We shall not be responsible or liable for any content appearing on external websites or linked pages. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising from your material. No links to or content may appear on any page or within any context containing content that goes against key Biblical principles, such as indecency, drugs, murder, and other related content.
13. Disclaimer:
a. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable civil law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our platform and its use. This disclaimer does not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable civil law.
b. The limitations and exclusions of liability set forth in this disclaimer apply to all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, tort (including negligence), and breach of statutory duty.
