For Buyers:

We want your shopping experience to be as transparent and straightforward as possible. The price you see on our product listings is the total amount you'll be charged for your purchase, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Rest assured, there are no additional transaction fees. Please note that a separate shipping fee, based on your location, will be calculated and clearly presented during the checkout process. This approach ensures complete transparency, allowing you to understand the final cost before making your purchase.

For Sellers:

We're excited to have you join our platform! The process of starting and maintaining a shop is completely free. To simplify your experience, we've consolidated the industry-standard selling fees—Listing Fees, Transaction Fees, and Payment Processing Fees—into a single, easy-to-understand Transaction Fee. This fee is determined by your TTN membership level, and as a token of our appreciation for your support, we offer lower Transaction Fees to valued members like you:

    Free Member: 12% + 2% currency conversion*
    Bronze/Bronze+: 10.5% + 2% currency conversion*
    Silver Member: 10% + 2% currency conversion*
    Gold Member: 9.5% + 2% currency conversion*

*Currency Conversion is only needed if the Buyer's payment card is in a different currency or buys on the Shop with a different currency than what the Seller's payout currency is in.

The Transaction Fee is applied only when an item sells, calculated on the final sale price, which includes the item price, postage, taxes, and any other applicable fees.

Refund and Return Fees:

We encourage open and swift communication with your customers to provide excellent service and minimize the chances of refunds. In case of a refund request, a 2% Refund Processing fee will be calculated on the original order and deducted from uncleared funds or future sales until the fee is cleared.

Shipping Fees:

You have the flexibility to set your shipping fees, including international shipping costs. Ensure all costs are accounted for to prevent delays in fulfilling orders.

Taxes:

As a Seller, it's your responsibility to include applicable taxes in your item listing. Manage your claimed taxes independently, and please consult with local tax professionals for accurate tax reporting in your region.

Payment Disputes:

Our fraud prevention policies are stringent, providing assurance to our Sellers. In the event of a dispute, we'll take necessary steps to mediate. Your prompt and accurate responses are crucial for effective resolution.

In case of a Buyer-initiated payment dispute, a £25 passthrough fee from the Payment Gateway Provider will be payable by the Supplier involved.

Closing of Seller Account:

If there are outstanding fees against your account and no uncleared funds, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address, payable within 7 days. Failure to settle within this period may result in further legal action.
